Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders, via UPS ground, to any part of the contiguous United States. Please contact us for a shipping quote if you are outside the 48 states.
We ship all items via UPS, and all shipments are insured for the exact value of each item. We guarantee safe delivery of all items, and will send brand new replacement items to replace damaged items.

In stock items ship within 2-5 days from date of purchase.

Once the order ships, we will notify you of tracking via email, so you can track your order via UPS own website.

If you’re on a tight timeline and would like to validate our inventory of specific items, just email us the list of items you’re considering and we’ll let you know the time-frame for ship-out.

We can ship anywhere in the U.S. and Canada, including Alaska and Hawaii, but orders shipping outside of the contiguous U.S. will be subject to a shipping charge, so please contact us about the shipping charge if you are outside of the contiguous U.S. Orders shipping to Canada will also be subject to extra fees (duty and brokerage fees). These fees cannot be calculated by our system, as they can only be calculated by the Canadian Customs Agency (they will contact you when your shipment stops at the U.S./Canadian border, and you will need to pay them the duty and brokerage fees directly).

Orders shipping to Canada will also be subject to a short delay at the U.S./Canadian border for customs inspection and paperwork. Typical time in customs is 1 day, but in some rare circumstances can take a few days. You will be able to use your UPS tracking number to check status and ETA of orders that are in transit.

Due to the problem of credit card fraud in our industry, we will only process orders that have the same shipping and billing address. Also, we do not ship to PO Boxes, only physical street addresses.

UPS will make three delivery attempts, leaving a yellow tag on the door with each failed attempt. Anytime before the 3rd attempt, you can use the tag to contact UPS if you want them to hold the shipment at the UPS hub in your area for pickup. In that case, you will need to bring a valid state ID when you pick the shipment up. After the third delivery attempt, the package will be returned to us by UPS. In this case, the customer will be charged the original shipping fee and the undelivered return shipping fee if customer wishes for re-delivery. If the customer chooses to cancel his/her order after the product is shipped, a refund will be issued less 25% of the original order, to cover all the shipping and administration costs, including wear and tear to the product(s) and packaging.
